Erin Andrews is Dishing on Aaron Rodgers' Engagement to Shailene Woodley

Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley did a great job at keeping their romance a secret from just about everyone!

On Wednesday night (March 17), Erin Andrews made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live where she revealed to host Andy Cohen how much she knew about the 37-year-old Green Bay Packers quarterback’s engagement to the 29-year-old Big Little Lies actress.

“He kept that under covers. Wow, he really did,” the 42-year-old sportscaster shared. “There was kind of rumors, I think, that they were dating, but yeah. I had no idea and then he unveiled it in his MVP speech. So, surprised everybody. Really kept that quiet.”

Aaron shocked fans when he mentioned his “fiancee” during his NFL Honors acceptance speech in early February. The speech happened just days after we learned that he and Shailene were dating.

Shailene officially confirmed she and Aaron were engaged during an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon several days later.

During a new interview, Aaron opened up about his desires to become a dad some day soon!

Tom Bergeron & Erin Andrews Were Fired From 'DWTS' for This Reason

We now know the reason why Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews were fired from Dancing with the Stars.

“I think it’s all about evolution. I think any show like this that has been on many, many seasons needs to continue to evolve,” executive producer Andrew Llinares told reporters (via Us Weekly). “I think changing the host was all about evolution, it was about making the show feel fresh, making it feel new [and] kind of make it reach out — maybe to a new audience as well, as well as the audience that’s been there for years.”

He then spoke about the choice to have Tyra Banks take over and only have it be one person taking on the responsibilities instead of two.

“I think it’s working brilliantly with the one host. I think it’s really refreshed the pace of the show, actually,” he added. “I think it’s taken it to a new pace, in terms of moving faster and just feeling different. I think there’s a real danger when a show’s been on for a long time that the audience almost gets bored of the rhythm. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with it. It just sort of gets a little boring — the rhythm of it. So, I think it’s changed the rhythm of the show in a really exciting way.”

Where Are Erin Andrews & Tom Bergeron on 'DWTS'? They've Been Replaced

If you’re tuning in for the season 29 premiere of Dancing With the Stars tonight, get ready for a lot of changes.

The show’s longtime hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews will not be there as they have been replaced by Tyra Banks for the new season.

News of Tom and Erin‘s exit was revealed back in mid-July and they were blindsided by the news. She previously spoke out about how it was a “surprise” to find out that she wasn’t returning to the show.

Erin explained her emotions in a new interview that was just released ahead of the DWTS premiere.

“I didn’t have much time to deal with it. I got a phone call — we were on the putting green with my dog and my husband — and I got a call that said, ‘You know, so-and-so from ABC wants to talk to you,’ and I was like, ‘Oh, s–t,’ like, this is it,” Erin said on the Token CEO podcast. “I felt sorry for myself, and I kind of was like, ‘This is a terrible time to lose my job,’ because we don’t know when live television is coming back. These are hard jobs to get. I was like, ‘Oh no, I’m a loser, this is really bad,’ and then you just start talking to other people from other networks and people that have production groups and they’re like, ‘You’re gonna find something.’ … Yeah, it was a super big bummer.”

Check out all 15 contestants who will be competing on the show tonight.

Erin Andrews Reveals How She Found Out She Was Fired From 'DWTS'

Erin Andrews revealed how she found out she had been fired as one of the hosts of Dancing with the Stars.

“It was a surprise,” Erin told Extra. “I got a phone call and I answered the phone. I was like, ‘This isn’t good.’”

Tom Bergeron, her co-host, also was let go.

“I text Tom, like once a week… and the dancers as well. That’s a family… I danced on the show and then worked on the show for so many years, I always call it a ‘Dancing with the Stars Mafia’ — once you’re in, it’s really hard to break away. That’s a tight-knit group. Sasha and I will DM. I’ve gotten lovely messages from the dancers and so forth,” she added.

In addition, she’s happy for her replacement, Tyra Banks. “She can nail the smizing and the walking in gowns and heels, so good for her,” she said.
