Jennifer Garner and Jessica Alba pose for a quick pick with their face masks on during Baby2Baby Hosts Holiday Drive-Thru Distribution Presented by FRAME in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (December 13).
The two actresses were joined by Gwyneth Paltrow, Stephanie Shepherd and Jada Paul at the event, where they distributed essential items like diapers, warm jackets, blankets, soap, shampoo, groceries, masks, toys and much more for families in need who are facing the most challenging holiday season.
Families who came out to the event also received presents and sweet treats, too.
“It was an amazing day seeing the children and parents’ faces light up. It was so nice to bring joy and holiday cheer to families who need it most,” founding member Jessica shared in a statement.
Baby2Baby has distributed over 50 million essential items to the most vulnerable children across the country impacted by the pandemic, and this year, their COVID-19 relief efforts will reach nearly one million children in over 100 cities across the country.

Gwyneth Paltrow is opening up about the actors she once got starstruck with.
During her SiriusXM interview, the 48-year-old Goop founder revealed that she was awestruck over Meg Ryan and recalled working with her on Flesh and Bone.
“I was so starstruck around her,” Gwyneth admitted. “Like I could not, I felt like I couldn’t even be myself.”
She added that she was “so nervous around her and she had just had a baby. She was so nice.”
Gwyneth explained that even though she came from a famous Hollywood family (her parents are Bruce Paltrow and Blythe Danner), that “when Michael Douglas is at dinner or something, you’re a kid. You don’t know. That’s just your parents’ friend and then you grow into the idea that this is a big movie star.”
With Meg though, it was different for her.
“I had this reverence for Meg Ryan, or like Julia Roberts, you know, when I saw Pretty Woman, when I was a senior in high school. And in those women, I felt like illumination within myself,” she said. “Like, ‘Oh my God, this is what I want to be. They’re so brilliant and charming and funny, and they’re lighting up the world and that’s what I want to do.’”
“So it felt so personal to me, you know,” Gwyneth added. “When I first met Meg, I couldn’t believe it. But I always was starstruck by the people that really moved me.”
The 48-year-old former actress and lifestyle entrepreneur spoke to SiriusXM’s Bruce Bozzi about moving on from acting and how Harvey was one of the influences in doing so.
Harvey had been Gwyneth‘s boss as Miramax, which he co-founded in 1979, and under the company, she starred in Emma and Shakespeare in Love, which she won an Oscar for.
“This wasn’t conscious at the time, but I started to feel, and, you know, frankly, I think part of my, part of the shine of acting wore off, you know, being in such intense public scrutiny, being a kid who’s like living every breakup on every headline,” Gwyneth shared of her decision to show up less and less on the big screen.
“Like I’m such a homebody, you know, me, I like to be with my old friends and cook and squeeze my kids. Like I don’t want to be alone in a hotel room in Budapest for six weeks,” Gwyneth also said. “Like, it’s just not who I am.”
She added, “So if you compound those things with the fact that like, you know, to be totally candid, I had a really rough boss for most of my movie career at Miramax… So you’re like, ‘I don’t know if this is really my calling.’ So I’m still trying to parse out what came from what, and you know, where, how my life changed course. But I think that stew is a big piece of it.”
During the discussion, she talked about her feelings about awards shows, as well as comparing different performances, and she used Gwyneth Paltrow‘s 1999 Best Actress win for Shakespeare in Love as an example of one that didn’t “make sense” to her.
“I honestly feel that to be nominated by your peers is about as good as it gets. And then, I’ve never understood how you could honestly compare performances, you know? I remember the year Gwyneth Paltrow won over that incredible actress who was in Central Station and I thought, ‘What?’ It doesn’t make sense,” she explained.
“So I think who wins has a lot of things to do with how things have been, you know, whether it has traction or whatever. Publicity, how much money did they have to put it out in front of everybody’s sight. I have to be philosophical about it, if I was upset about it,” she continued.
“I’m very proud of the times that my peers have felt that my performance was worthy of attention,” she added.
The 48-year-old goop entrepreneur posted a photo alongside 16-year-old daughter Apple and 14-year-old son Moses, with whom she shares with ex Chris Martin, on Thursday (November 26) on her Instagram.
“On this November 26th, I was able to visit my fathers resting place (on his birthday) with these two loves of my life. Happy thanksgiving. Life has incredible highs and lows. Perhaps feeling it all at the same time is the art. 💖.” she captioned the thoughtful post.
Gwyneth Paltrow made headlines back in September for wearing nothing but her birthday suit to ring in her own birthday, which caused her teen daughter to hilariously react.
