Emily Blunt has an amusing update about her kids with John Krasinski.

The 37-year-old A Quiet Place star made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday (December 10).

During her appearance, she explained that she and husband John have been staying in London since August with their daughters Hazel, 6, and Violet, 4. And while there, the girls have picked up an even stronger accent.

“They’ve been in a proper school with school uniforms, and miraculously, they’re sounding quite British, which I’m completely over the moon about,” she said, going to discuss a moment when a friend recorded footage of Violet singing a Christmas classic.

“[Someone] sent a video of [my little one] singing ‘Jingle Bells,’ and she goes, Jaingle ol’ the woy, almost like a Cockney. It was almost like Dick Van Dyke singing ‘Jingle Bells.’ The craziest accent ever—it was kind of brilliant,” she shared.

She also had this to say about her husband amid the pandemic.

Emily Blunt is opening up about her longtime relationship with husband John Krasinski, as they just celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary.

Speaking to People, the 37-year-old actress discussed how the pandemic has impacted their lives and gushed over John and his unwavering support.

“Having John’s support is everything, because we are each other’s confidant,” she shared. “That shared understanding has really been a very vital anchor for me.”

Emily and John share two daughters, Hazel, 6, and Violet, 4.

“Being around little ones during the pandemic was such a saving grace because they would just be bouncing around the house, and your job is to protect them from what is happening and make sure their life remains joyful,” she continued. “That was a pretty great lifeline for John and me during the pandemic, for sure.”

Emily also revealed that she and John have begun watching a lot of shows together, one being The Crown, which she’s a bit miffed at being over at the moment.

“We watched The Crown in three days, and then we were bereft,” Emily says. “That’s the other thing about the pandemic: how lost and broken you feel once your favorite show has ended. Like, what should I do with my life now?”

John Krasinski has a new idea for another A Quiet Place movie, and it looks like it’s happening!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 41-year-old actor, who also directed and co-wrote the original 2018 movie and its’ sequel, will be producing a third film in the franchise alongside Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller.

Just some plot details are being shared about the third movie as it will be connected to the first two movies, but nothing beyond that.

The original film centered on a family in a post-apocalyptic world where creatures with heightened hearing used sound to devour humankind.

Mud‘s Jeff Nichols will direct the pic.

The sequel, A Quiet Place 2, is still yet to be released, as it was pushed back due to the pandemic.

John Krasinski is getting back to work.

The 40-year-old actor was spotted filming scenes for Season 3 of Jack Ryan on Monday and Tuesday (October 5-6) in Rome, Italy.

John was seen investigating around the Hotel Saint Regis in Rome. The film crew, along with John, were also seen wearing their protective face masks amid the pandemic.

He was later seen filming at the Piazza di Spagna square, and on the Spanish Steps, looking in good spirits.

Jack Ryan follows an up-and-coming CIA analyst who is thrust into a dangerous field assignment as he uncovers a pattern in terrorist communication that launches him into the center of a dangerous gambit.

The movie release calendar keeps getting switched around due to the coronavirus pandemic and three highly anticipated films were just delayed.

Emily Blunt‘s A Quiet Place 2 was originally supposed to hit theaters back in March and then it was delayed to Labor Day weekend when the pandemic began. Now, the film has been pushed back until April 23, 2021.

Tom Cruise‘s Top Gun: Maverick was scheduled to be released on December 23, 2020, but fans will have to wait another six months as the release date has been pushed back to July 2, 2021.

Another major film that has been delayed is Tom Holland‘s third Spider-Man movie, which was previously scheduled for November 5, 2021. Now that Avatar 2 has vacated the December 17, 2021 slot, Spider-Man 3 has moved to that date.

Disney has announced a TON of new release dates for their upcoming movies, including Mulan, the Star Wars franchise, and the four upcoming Avatar sequels.

John Krasinksi is as sneaky as Jim Halpert!

The 40-year-old actor had a plan for his hair while filming The Office.

While filming Season 3 of the hit series, he was also set to star in the 2008 movie Leatherheads, which would require him to cut his hair.

However, Office showrunner Greg Daniels rejected his request to wear a wig for the six remaining episodes that they still needed to film. And so, he came up with a plan with Kim Ferry, the show’s hairstylist.

“He paid for the wig — a human hair wig made by a friend of mine, Natascha Ladek, who’s the best wig maker in town. She came in to do a secret little fitting for him, she made the wig, we got it, and it looked amazing. [Krasinski] came in a little later that day, and I had the wig hidden in a little secret spot ready for him. When it was just him and I, I put it on him, and then he went out and filmed,” she revealed to Mashable.

He then ended up driving over to the showrunner’s office after filming in order to convince him that the wig worked and that he could star in Leatherheads.

“I very crazily and nervously grabbed my bag and jumped in my car,” she explained.

B.J. Novak approached her and said “Hey Kim, is this about John‘s wig? Well, I’ve gotta tell you…I just saw John and I feel like we’re gonna know if it’s a wig or not.”

“I’m thinking like, ‘Uh huh. He doesn’t know John‘s wearing [the wig] right now,’” she said.

“The first thing Greg said was, ‘Wow. You guys have balls,’ and then goes, ‘But I have to say I didn’t see that coming.’”

“Greg kept saying, ‘No! I would know if you’re wearing a wig.’ So John leaned over the desk and said, ‘No I don’t think you would.’ That’s when he ripped it off and shut it down, and we got to do the wig. It was worth it cause he really wanted to do that movie and I didn’t want to disappoint him. It was nerve-wracking, but it turned out okay. Thank God.”

Some Good News made even more headlines last week when host John Krasinski sold the webseries to ViacomCBS.

This caused a lot of fans to voice their disappointment in the 40-year-old actor for his decision to “sell out” to a bigger entity instead of continuing the show on his own on a free platform.

However, John‘s reason to sell the show wasn’t based in money, but was based in how busy he was going to be once production on his projects picked back up after quarantine.

“Well it’s funny, it was one of those things where I was only planning on doing eight of them during quarantine, because I have these other things that I’m going to be having to do very soon like Jack Ryan and all this other stuff,” John explained to former co-star Rainn Wilson on his “Hey There, Human” broadcast.

He added, “But more than that, it was something that writing, directing, and producing with a couple of my friends was so much [that] I knew it wouldn’t be sustainable with my prior commitments.”

John continued that the CBS deal came at the perfect time for him and for the show.

“I knew the two options were always gonna be that I leave it off with eight in my office — which I would love to keep doing this show from my office forever, [but] it just wasn’t sustainable,” he says. “So I’d need a partner coming on. And it’s funny, in the first episode I said, ‘Why isn’t there a news show dedicated entirely to good news?’ and now we have one of the biggest news programs in America, CBS News, saying that they want to make it part of their permanent news cycle, which is insane.”

“The fact that we were able to accomplish that—in eight weeks it went from not existing to now being on one of these huge news networks—is honestly one of the most amazing honors I’ve ever been able to pull off. And again, it was all due to the community and to the people.”

Over the eight episodes, John hosted a reunion of The Office, held a prom, and even had Brad Pitt report the weather forecast.
