“Trust me, I got all the comments. Everything that’s energy moves in a wave,” she said.

“I’m a deep-ass person. There is no right or wrong in my viewpoint,” she went on to say.

“It is based on what works well for you…if those modalities feel strange to people, it may not be for them—or it may not be for them yet—and I’m okay with that. I believe in helping people trust what’s already within them.”

She said her husband, Brooks Laich, who was off-camera watching her workout in a livestream earlier in March said: “Wow, I got emotional just watching.”

Brooks was feeling my energy; he was feeling the collective energy of all the people watching.”

She went on to say she “started unplugging from the societal beliefs and cultural beliefs and religious beliefs that I grew up in.”

“I believe in soul love, whatever that looks like. I kind of don’t believe in labels…it doesn’t mean that I won’t have a baby, etc. It just means that I’ve unplugged from what I feel like I should be doing versus what I actually want to be doing.”

Brooks Laich Speaks About His Sex Drive in Isolation Away From Julianne Hough

Brooks Laich is opening up about his sex drive while in isolation by himself, away from his wife Julianne Hough.

“I’m in Idaho, my wife is in L.A., so not much of that [sex] going on here,” the 36-year-old former NHL athlete said on the “How Men Think” podcast. “I would probably lose my sex drive when stress ramps up, that’s just what I feel in this situation.”

“It’s all Idaho bush, I’m cutting down trees, clearing brush. After that, I took supper and I make a fire and then I’m wiped out, I really don’t have a sexual charge, I’m so wiped out,” he continued. “During this quarantine time, I’m not in the proximity to my wife. I’m not in the same room with her, and with what I’m doing here, that my sex drive wouldn’t be at its peak.”

Julianne Hough Opens Up About Quarantining Away From Husband Brooks Laich

Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich have been in separate states during the coronavirus pandemic.

In a new interview with Oprah magazine, the 31-year-old actress is explaining why they’re apart during this time.

“Being on tour for three months and traveling and starting a business…it’s a lot. So to be able to be home and stop and pause and look inward and connect back to myself has been glorious,” she shared. “I’ve been on my own. My husband is in Idaho doing lots of yard work…and so we’re kind of doing our separate things right now. But it’s really been a magical time.”

“I think in my 30s, I’ve always been around people, and I’m always trying to create and do a lot of things…but this is new, it’s a little different,” Julianne says. “I don’t feel lonely, but I definitely feel alone. I think there’s a big difference.”

She added, “I feel alone…I miss people a lot, I wanna hug them and talk to them, but I’m really enjoying this time where I can really connect to what’s really important in my life and look forward to when we get out of this, who do I want to step into? Who do I want to arrive in this new world as?”

Earlier, Brooks opened up about being up in Idaho away from Julianne on his podcast.

Brooks Laich Explains Why He's Isolating in Idaho, Away From Wife Julianne Hough

Brooks Laich is explaining why he is quarantining in Idaho.

The 36-year-old former NHL player is currently at his property, which he owns with wife Julianne Hough, while she is quarantining separately in Los Angeles. He brought his husky, Koda.

Koda is awesome, man. I’m up in Idaho, I’m at my house in Idaho. I spend all day outside. I’m outside from like, 7:30 until 5 o’clock. I have 10-and-a-half acres here. Our property’s pretty big and I’ve just been doing a mass cleaning of it. Like, everything. Building some rock walls, chainsawing down some trees, clearing brush, you name it,” Brooks said on his iHeartRadio podcast, How Men Think, about how he took this opportunity to take care of his property.

“I’m about 15 minutes out of town. I have one neighbor that lives a couple hundred yards away, and then another neighbor that lives another couple hundred yards away, and that’s all that’s out here,” he added. “I see them when they walk their dogs a little bit, but don’t see them much. We’re practicing social distancing, but I’ve been good with the isolation.”

“I think I’m an introvert by nature, I love having my dog — if it wasn’t for my dog, I’d probably be a little more antsy with the isolation,” he continued. “I bought this place in 2014, and I’ve never spent enough time here. I come here like, a week a year and it’s my dream property. So I wanted to spend more time here.”

“The place needed an overhaul,” he continued. “It really needed a cleaning — a landscaping and a cleaning. It got overgrown, it’s kind of in the bush. … So I’ve really been able to manicure it and landscape it. And … with my dog, we have a yard in L.A. and we go for trail runs and stuff, but here he’s outside all day long.”

“I can fish any day,” Brooks continued. “And I have a buddy that I can go hunting with. … So there’s lots to do. And I just love being up here. I’ve never spent enough time here, so I’m doing okay with it. But I’ve always been that way, even when I was younger. When I was a young kid, I didn’t need to be around friends all the time. I liked it, I had great friends, I still have great friends to this day, but there’s a part of me that enjoys isolation and there’s a part of me that actually gets drained when I’m around too many people.”

He also added that he does “miss the friendships and companionships where you do get to hug somebody and be in the same room.”

If you missed it, Julianne was actually photographed with another male celeb during the quarantine.
