Kacey Musgraves is coming through with a new version of her song for Earth Day!

The Grammy Award-winning 31-year-old Golden Hour singer released “Oh, What a World 2.0 (Earth Day Edition)” on Wednesday (April 22).

“There is a lot to feel downhearted about on this Earth Day. Everyone and everything feels out of balance. People are suffering and the future is uncertain,” she says.

“In the face of a pandemic that has brought cities to their knees, a song can feel small. A melody can seem insignificant. This is a global moment of acknowledgment and respect for the power of nature and for so many of us – extreme challenges and sadness. But in the midst of all the loss and uncertainty there are signs everywhere of human compassion and renewal.”

“The earth is healing. Bluer skies hang over China and Los Angeles. Clearer water and a positive effect on wildlife is being seen. In spite of all its troubles, it’s still a wild, beautiful world and if you need proof, it’s out there. You just might have to look in a different corner of the sky,” she went on to say.

“Right now, there are so many brave people that deserve Medals of Honor: the nurses, doctors, grocers, the delivery and truck drivers, cashiers, gas station attendants, the scientists, restaurant workers, the single parents, and SO many others. I’m just a songwriter but my hope is that if I bring the light I have in my spirit to the table, maybe it could be a form of energy that lifts someone else’s spirit for a moment. Oh, What a World – dedicated to our planetary home and all the quiet heroes this Earth Day: you’re the northern lights in our skies.”

The music video also calls for donations to support the World Wildlife Fund’s mission to conserve nature and reduce the most pressing threats to the diversity of life on Earth on YouTube as a fundraiser.

Kacey Musgraves brought some light to our evenings with her performance of “Rainbow” during the One World: Together At Home special!

The 31-year-old country singer was one of the many performers who appeared on the special, which was organized by Global Citizen and the World Health Organization.

Before performing her hit song, Kacey gave “a sincere thank-you to all the people out there risking their lives.”

Kacey Musgraves and Ruston Kelly made a rare appearance together after fans suspected something might be happening in their marriage.

The pair were seen holding hands en route to her Slow Burn Candle Collaboration launch held at Public Hotel on Wednesday night (February 5) in New York City.

If you don’t know, just a few weeks ago, both Kacey and Ruston deleted all their photos of each other on their social media accounts.

Kacey Musgraves shines in a golden pantsuit at the Slow Burn Candle Collaboration launch held at Public Hotel on Wednesday night (February 5) in New York City.

The 31-year-old country singer joined Boy Smells founder Matthew Herman at the event to launch the new scent based on her song of the same name. The candle is available for $39 on the Boy Smells website.

“Matthew was down to be as collaborative as I wanted to be from day one, which is a big deal for me,” Kacey shared with Vogue of the collaboration. “When I dedicate my time and my energy to something, I don’t just hand it over to somebody and say, ‘You figure [it] out.’ The fun, for me, comes in figuring out, seeing the initial sparks of what it might be, and dreaming of what something could turn into, and that’s with a song or whatever. I just love the process of shaping things.”

She adds that the “candle itself has black pepper, a little bit of tonka, amber, and kind of a slightly burnt quality to it. It’s not masculine and it’s not feminine. It’s somewhere in the middle, but it’s earthy.”

Just recently, Kacey and husband Ruston Kelly have deleted all the pics of each other from their social media presences.

It appears as if Kacey Musgraves and her husband Ruston Kelly have deleted all photos of each other from their respective Instagram accounts.

As of right now, the pair still follow each other on the social media platform, but fans did notice that they deleted every single photo of each other. You can see that they still follow each other by clicking the photos in our gallery.

They’ve made no public comment about any of this at this time.

The pair wed back in October of 2017.

The last photos we have of Kacey Musgraves and Ruston Kelly together are from back in July of 2019.

Kacey Musgraves wows in an orange look while attending the Moschino Prefall 2020 Runway Show held at the New York Transit Museum on Monday night (December 9) in Brooklyn, New York.

The 31-year-old country superstar was joined by Madelaine Petsch on the front row of a subway car for the event, and also ran into designer Donna Karan, singer Kim Petras and actress Storm Reid during the show before greeting designer Jeremy Scott.
