The 49-year-old actor was honored at the festival with wife Nukaaka Coster-Waldau and daughters Philippa and Safina by his side supporting him.

Nikolaj was recognized with the Taormina Arte Award at the socially distanced ceremony, where he was pictured picking up the award, instead of being handed it by the emcee.

The festival began last week where it screened 14 movies in the main competition. Some of the festival was held virtually because of the pandemic.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Nukaaka Coster-Waldau are looking so good together!

The 49-year-old Game of Thrones actor was joined by his wife at the premiere of his new film Suicide Tourist during the 2019 Zurich Film Festival at Kino Corso on Saturday (October 5) in Zurich, Switzerland.

The two also posed with ZFF Co-Festival director Nadja Schildknecht, Katrin Pors, producer Eva Jakobsen and the film’s director Jonas Alexander Arnby on the red carpet.

Here’s a plot summary of the movie: We follow Max (Coster-Waldau), who in the midst of an existential crisis and looking to solve a cold case checks into the clandestine Hotel Aurora. A unique secretive facility that specializes in elaborate assisted suicide fantasies. His investigation uncovers a disturbing truth that forces Max to question the very nature of life, death and his own perception of reality.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau looks so handsome on the red carpet as he arrives at the 2018 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Monday (September 17) in Los Angeles.

The 48-year-old actor look handsome in a gold, suede blazer as he was joined at the awards show by his wife Nukaaka Coster-Waldau.

Also stepping out for the awards show were Nikolaj‘s Game of Thrones co-stars Gwendoline Christie and Nathalie Emmanuel.

Game of Thrones is nominated for seven awards tonight – including Outstanding Drama Series.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau looks so handsome in his suit while hitting the carpet at the 2015 GQ France Men Of The Year Awards held as part of Paris Fashion Week on Monday (January 25) in Paris, France.

The 45-year-old Game of Thrones actor was joined by his wife Nukaaka and German footballer Kevin Trapp at the event, which was originally scheduled for Nov. 18 but had been postponed following the terror attacks in Paris.
