BTS is back at number one on the Billboard Hot 100!
The K-Pop group just scored their fourth number one single with their hot new song “Butter.”
In addition to its number one slot on the Hot 100, “Butter” also debuts on top of the Digital Song Sales chart with 242,800 downloads.
Olivia Rodrigo, who was number one on last week’s chart, has achieved another impressive record on this week’s chart.

Olivia Rodrigo has a #1 album!
The 18-year-old singer-songwriter’s debut album, SOUR, has taken over the number one spot on Billboard’s 200 charts with 295,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S.
According to the site, SOUR‘s debut is the biggest week of 2021 for an album.
The previous title was held by Taylor Swift’s Fearless (Taylor’s Version), which earned 291,000 units just last monht.
But that’s not all. SOUR also had a huge streaming week with it being the second-largest in numbers ever for a non-R&B/hip-hop album, and second-biggest for an album of any genre by a female artist.
Congrats, Olivia!
Ahead of the debut of SOUR, Olivia dropped three songs from the album, including “Driver’s License” and “Good 4 U”, which also hit #1 on the charts.

The 18-year-old “Driver’s License” singer called into “The Morning Mash Up” show on SiriusXM Hits 1 to talk about her new album Sour, appearing on Saturday Night Live, and what fans are saying about her lyrics.
Olivia said she didn’t act in any SNL skits because of how nervous she was to perform.
“I think that’d be so cool to do in the future. SNL was actually like my second performance ever, my first was the Brits in the U.K. which was insane. I was so nervous I was like ‘I don’t want to do any sketches I’m just so nervous to do my songs,’” she said. “So, I don’t know if they had any in mind for me or not, but hopefully I’ll get to go another time and that would be something I’d love to do.”
