Louis Tomlinson is firing back at a headline that claimed something shocking about One Direction.

The 27-year-old singer took to Twitter to post a photo of the headline – which read “Drugs, meltdowns and ‘gay sex’ rumours – how ‘rivalry and hatred’ tore One Direction apart.”

Louis wrote, “Biggest load of bullsh*t I’ve seen in a while. Typical unprovoked venom from The Mirror. Couldn’t be further from the truth!”

The article from The Mirror was published on the nine year anniversary of the band being formed.

Louis tweeted to commemorate the nine years, writing, “So many incredible memories. Days like today are days for reflection, so proud looking back! Thank you for ALWAYS having our backs! Big love to the lads! #9YearsOfOneDirection.”

When formed, One Direction consisted of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson.

It’s been awhile since Zayn spoke to any of the other guys.

It’s safe to say that Louis Tomlinson is not happy about the scene in Euphoria‘s third episode that depicted fan fiction about him and Harry Styles.

It’s no secret that fans have been dreaming up the couple “Larry” for years and fan fiction about the two One Direction stars has been on the internet for a long time.

In the latest episode of Euphoria, Barbie Ferreira‘s character Kat is depicted as the fan who launched the “Larry Stylinson” fan fiction and the show animates the fictional story about the pop stars. Zendaya narrates the very sexual fanfic in which Harry gives oral sex to Louis.

Fans wanted to know if HBO received permission from the guys to be featured in the episode and Louis responded to a fan on Twitter.

“I can categorically say that I was not contacted nor did I approve it,” Louis replied.

Harry Styles was on hand to honor Stevie Nicks at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, but she wasn’t exactly sure what group he used to be in!

The legendary singer was opening up about her bond with Harry backstage following the ceremony on Friday (March 29) in New York City.

“What I really loved about Harry was that when he decided to make a solo record from NSYNC … he chose to make NSYNC,” she said before starting to correct herself. “Sorry, not NSYNC.”

“Sorry. I’m never going to live that one down, I know it. One Direction. Well, I liked One Direction too,” she added.

Mariah Carey doesn’t know The Chainsmokers – or does she?

During an interview on The Morning Mash Up posted on Wednesday (February 13), the “Closer” EDM duo told a funny story about meeting Mariah at an awards show.

“I was like ‘Oh my God. ‘Fantasy’! ‘Honey’! And she was like ‘Dude, I love you guys!’ And we were like ‘What, you know who we are?’ And she was like ‘One Direction, right?” Alex Pall explained to a big laugh in the studio.

In response to the funny interview moment, Mariah tweeted at the boys.

“.@TheChainsmokers of course I know you!! I love your song ‘that’s what makes you beautiful’! 😂😘” she hilariously wrote.

Liam Payne gives a special performance for fans from his hotel balcony!

The 24-year-old “Strip That Down” singer stood outside his room and sang to the crowd below at the Grand Hyatt this week in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Liam was in town to promote his and J Balvin‘s new single “Familiar.”

“Just had the best week in South America,” Liam captioned a video of the performance (below), shared on his Twitter. “The dedication and love I get from you guys is incredible so I wanted to give something back and show you how much you mean to me. After all…. it’s the ‘little things.’”

Taylor Swift just broke One Direction‘s attendance record with the first show of her Reputation Tour!

The 28-year-old “Delicate” singer’s highly anticipated tour doesn’t even start until next month on May 8 at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.

Her first stop will surpass 1D‘s in 2014, which brought in 56,524 fans, Billboard reports.

Exact attendance and ticket sales information won’t be available until after the concert, but Tom Sadler, president and CEO of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority, confirmed to the outlet that her first show will definitely be epic.

“The frenzy continues to grow as Taylor Swift has already broken the University of Phoenix Stadium’s concert attendance record, which was previously held by One Direction in 2014 with 56,524 fans,” he said. “With 11 days left before the show, Swift has already surpassed [One Direction's] attendance number.”
