Presley Gerber, the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, has been charged with DUI after being arrested for drunk driving earlier in 2019, according to TMZ.

The L.A. District Attorney’s Office filed charges on Thursday (March 7) against the 19-year-old model according to the report.

Presley is charged with one count of DUI and another of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08, which are both misdemeanors.

He faces up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted. However, a judge “will usually cut a first offender some slack” according to the report.

He was arrested for DUI after New Year’s Day (January 1) when he sped through Beverly Hills in his Tesla, and then failed a sobriety test.

George Clooney and Rande Gerber are making their way home after a long dinner!

The 57-year-old actor and the 56-year-old businessman were spotted heading out together after a four hour dinner at Craig’s on Thursday night (January 17) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Following their dinner, the two headed out in George‘s ride.

George stars in the upcoming Hulu series Catch-22, based on Joseph Heller’s novel. The show is set to debut on Hulu in spring, and George also served as a director on two of the episodes. Get a first look!

Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber brought some holiday cheer to some lucky people by paying off the layaway bills for some people at a Walmart store in Compton, Calif.

The power couple were reportedly “inspired by Kid Rock and Tyler Perry’s generosity,” and “hundreds of families will have very happy children this Christmas thanks to the Gerber family,” according to Page Six.

A few hundred people had their bills paid for by the Gerber family.

Perry previously paid off more than $430,000 in layaways at two Walmarts in the Atlanta area.
