Channing Tatum just made a huge purchase – he bought a home in Los Angeles for $5.6 million!

The rustic 3,300-square-foot property is located in Brentwood, California’s Mandeville Canyon, though it looks like it could be a home that belongs in the middle of the woods! It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a guest house, plus a pool outside.

Apparently, the home is covered in foliage and is barely visible from the street, making it great for privacy purposes.

Ariana Grande just got married to Dalton Gomez and they tied the knot in a small ceremony at their home in Montecito, Calif.

The 27-year-old singer’s rep confirmed the marriage to People and said, “They got married. It was tiny and intimate — less than 20 people. The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”

Ariana bought the house last year for $6.75 million and it was previously owned by celeb couple Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.

The English Tudor-style property is known as the Porter House and it’s actually a historic home in Montecito. The house features 5,500 square feet of living space, though there are only two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as two powder rooms.

The home has two kitchens and Dirt.com notes that one of them features a “glass-fronted refrigerator that easily cost more than a base model BMW 3-series.”

Cindy Crawford‘s home in Beverly Hills is back on the market and she’s looking to get $14.75 million for the incredible house!

The supermodel and her husband Rande Gerber bought the house back in 2017 for $11.62 million and they listed it in August 2020 for just about $16 million. The home went off the market in February and now it’s back up at a lower price, according to Mansion Global.

The house has 5,400 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The Mid-Century Modern home has been completely restored and remodeled by the couple.

The entire home opens to an outdoor living area with a large swimming pool and lots of privacy. The house has high ceilings, an open floor plan, a media room, and a gourmet kitchen.

Kate Winslet has sold her penthouse apartment in New York City’s West Chelsea neighborhood and we have all the photos from inside the home!

The Oscar-winning actress sold the apartment for $5.69 million after putting it on the market last November. It was also listed as a $30,000-a-month rental, according to the New York Post.

The apartment is 3,108 square feet and has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and an incredible roof deck with 1,700 square feet of space.

Kate bought the apartment in 2004 with her ex-husband Sam Mendes and she bought out his share in 2012 following their split.

Some of the features inside the apartment include 13-foot-tall ceilings, a gas fireplace, an open chef’s kitchen, and lots of storage space.

Kelly Clarkson has finally sold her incredible mansion in Tennessee, four years after putting the home on the market.

The 39-year-old singer originally listed the house on the market back in 2017 for $8.75 million and has been gradually lowered the price over time. The home was brought down to the asking price of $6.95 million back in January and it sold for that price just a few months later, according to the New York Post.

The mansion is located 30 minutes from Nashville and Kelly purchased the home in 2012 for just $2.86 million. Despite the lower asking price, she’s still making a massive profit on the sale!

The property features 20,121 square feet of living space and some of the cool features of the home include a home theater, a wet bar, a saltwater pool, two spas, and a private dock.

Lionel Messi has made a huge real estate purchase in Miami!

The 33-year-old soccer player is one of the biggest sports stars in the world and he’s the captain for FC Barcelona and Argentina’s national team.

It was just reported that Messi purchased the entire ninth floor of a luxury apartment building in Sunny Isles Beach. The Real Deal reports that he paid $7.3 million for the luxury condo.

Messi definitely has the money for the purchase as he was ranked the third highest-paid athlete in the world in 2020 with a salary of $104 million.

The apartment will be 5,515-square-feet with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an additional 2,100 square feet of terrace space. The building has six pools, a spa, a fitness center, and more.

Zac Efron has been living in Australia for the past year and he’s trying to sell the home he currently owns in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old actor has just slashed the price on the house from the original list price of $5.9 million to $5.575 million after being on the market for 127 days, according to the New York Post.

The home is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in the Los Feliz neighborhood in LA. There’s also a separate guesthouse for a total of 5,644 square feet of living space!

Some of the cool features of the house are a pool with a waterfall, a hot tub with panoramic city views, decks and terraces that span the whole house, a gym, a wine cellar, and lots of privacy.
