Rebel Wilson is headed back to high school.

The 40-year-old actress will relive her school years in Senior Year, according to Deadline.

Directed by Alex Hardcastle, Senior Year will follow a cheerleader who wakes up after a 20-year coma and returns to high school to try to regain her status and claim the prom queen crown that eluded her.

Rebel will also produce along with Todd Garner and Chris Bender. Brandon Scott Jones is writing the script.

In 2019, Rebel starred in four movies: Isn’t It Romantic, The Hustle, Jojo Rabbit and Cats.

This past year has been a big one for Rebel as she embarked on a weight loss journey. She recently opened up about hitting her goal weight in a social media post.

Celebrities are speaking out with support for Lady Gaga after two of her dogs were stolen and her dog walker was shot in the chest.

The dognapping happened on Wednesday night (February 24) in Hollywood and the dog walker is currently recovering. Two of the three dogs were stolen and the third dog, who was able to get away, has been recovered by authorities.

The 40-year-old Pitch Perfect actress will be hosting the upcoming ABC dog grooming competition series Pooch Perfect and it looks like this is a costume for the show.

The eight-episode series is based on an Australian series that was also hosted by Rebel. Each episode has 10 dog groomers and their assistants competing in various challenges.

“In these challenges, the teams face off in epic grooming trans-fur-mations and showcase their incredible creations on the illustrious ‘dogwalk,’” ABC said in a statement.

The top three teams at the end of the season compete for the grand prize.

Rebel Wilson is opening up about her health journey.

In an interview with Extra on Thursday (February 11), the Pitch Perfect actress got candid about her “year of health.”

“I would often go on little diets and things and try to lose a few pounds here and there,” Rebel explained. “This is the first time I haven’t gained any weight back.”

She added that part of her success was taking a new approach. “I think because I approached it from all areas… the biggest thing that I haven’t ever worked on was the emotional side, what I suffered from, I guess, as classical emotional eating … so I really worked on that side.”

“The one biggest thing is just walking,” Rebel continued. “… I got all these high-tech tests done on me during my year of health. They said that walking was actually the best way for me to lose unnecessary body fat.”

Rebel revealed her goal weight in May of last year and announced that 2020 was going to be her “Year of Health.”

She celebrated hitting her goals in November in an Instagram post.

Rebel Wilson and her boyfriend Jacob Busch have reportedly broken up.

The 40-year-old actress posted a photo on Tuesday (February 2) with the caption, “Lots on my mind…aghhhhhh…#single-girl-heading-to-Super-Bowl!” The photo she posted showcases her weight loss that she has been showing off all throughout 2020.

A source told Page Six their relationship had “just run its course.”

The last time they were photographed together was during the Christmas holidays when they were on vacation together.

Jacob and Rebel officially confirmed their relationship back in September when they actually walked a red carpet together.
