Trey Songz has been arrested.

The 36-year-old rapper was taken into custody after getting into an altercation with a police officer at the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills game on Sunday (January 24) at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, TMZ reports.

Witnesses told the outlet that Trey was being taunted by other fans in the stands and he asked them to be quiet. The witnesses claim a police officer went up to the rapper and allegedly got physical with Trey without provocation, and that the alleged altercation was self-defense on Trey‘s part.

In a video obtained by TMZ, a man who is allegedly Trey can be seen punching a police officer in the head and attempts to put him in a headlock before other officers arrive and put Trey in handcuffs.

Throughout the video, fans can be heard yelling at the officer to get off Trey, while also shouting that the officer should have been the one arrested.

Trey was arrested and accused of trespassing, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. He will reportedly stay in custody for 24 hours and will likely be released on Monday night.

Trey Songz has announced that he has tested positive for coronavirus and he has a message for fans.

The 35-year-old singer released a video message on his Instagram account on Monday (October 5).

“Here with a very important message to let you know I tested positive for COVID-19,” he said. “I’ve taken many tests as I’ve been out protesting, food drives, of course I have a very young son at home, so I get tested periodically and this time it unfortunately came back positive.”

“I will be taking it seriously,” Trey continued. “I will be self-quarantining, I will be in my house until I see a negative sign.”

Trey also brought up President Trump‘s diagnosis with COVID-19.

“If you come in contact with Covid, please do say,“ he said. “Please do say. Don’t be like the president.”

Trey Songz has revealed the first photo of his son, Noah‘s, mother!

The 35-year-old singer celebrated Noah‘s first birthday with a slideshow of cute photos, and among them is the first known pictures of the mother.

While Trey didn’t name or tag her at all, the pictures show them being a happy little family.

“I’m obsessed; we did that, YOU did that!” he captioned the Instagram post. “You’re a great Mother and you deal with all the extra’s very gracefully.”

Trey added, “I’ll always be eternally grateful to you Noah’s Mumma. 🙏🏾💙.”

Trey and the unnamed mom welcomed Noah in April of 2019.

50 Cent and girlfriend Jamira couple up for the premiere of Power season six on Tuesday night (August 20) at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The 44-year-old rapper and actor looked cool in a black and white suit as he attended the event alongside co-star La La Anthony, who rocked a curve-hugging silver dress for the red carpet.

Trey Songz just kicked off his Las Vegas residency!

The 34-year-old entertainer just announced a residency at Drai’s Nightclub and the first show took place on Thursday night (August 8).

Trey will be performing six more shows through the end of the year. These shows mark the first time he has hit the Las Vegas stage in over a year.

“We could not be more thrilled to welcome Trey back home to Drai’s Las Vegas,” Dustin Drai said in a statement. “He was one of the original artists to launch the Drai’s Live Series and we are excited to have his remarkable talents back on our stage.”
