There’s a lot of pressure when it comes to putting on an episode of Saturday Night Live: it is live, after all.

As a result, cast members and hosts need to stick to their scripts closely in order to keep the sketches flowing smoothly – and they also need to keep a straight face as they fly through dozens of jokes every night. But what happens when they…can’t?

Time and time again, we’ve watched over the years as the cast of SNL, and myriad celebrity hosts, absolutely lose it after cracking up at one of the jokes they’ve said, the sheer absurdity of the sketch, or something entirely unexpected happening in a scene. In most cases, it only makes the sketch even more hilarious for the audience watching at home.

Hyundai has a star-studded commercial for the 2020 Super Bowl!

Chris Evans, John Krasinski, Rachel Dratch, and baseball player David Ortiz teamed up for the hilarious new ad in which they all play versions of themselves… in Boston of course.

“It’s not a ghost car, it’s just wicked smart. Sorry, we meant smaht,” the brand wrote on YouTube.

In the ad, the stars all react to one of the Sonata’s newest and smartest features: Remote Smart Parking Assist. All while paying homage to their beloved Boston. Watch the funny commercial right here!

The ladies of Wine Country are together again!

Tina Fey, Rachel Dratch, Paula Pell, and Amy Poehler posed together on the red carpet while arriving at the 2020 Writers Guild Awards on Saturday night (February 1) at the Edison Ballroom in New York City.

Other stars at the event included Sienna Miller, Jimmy Fallon, Pose star Dominique Jackson, Kevin Bacon, Samantha Bee, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel actor Luke Kirby, and Watchmen actor Tim Blake Nelson.

It was recently announced that Tina and Amy will be hosting the 2021 Golden Globes next January!

Chris Evans, Rachel Dratch and John Krasinski let the Boston accents run free in Hyundai’s Super Bowl 2020 Commercial.

After watching one driver unsuccessfully park in a narrow spot, Rachel and Chris then watch John roll up in a new Sonata, which features Smart Park technology where he doesn’t even need to be in the car for it to park.

John then boasts the places he’s “pahked it” to Chris and Rachel, before Red Sox baseball player David “Big Papi” Ortiz pops out from an upstairs window.

Saturday Night Live parodied the latest Democratic debate – and there were so many stars involved in the hilarious skit!

The sketch aired during Saturday’s episode (November 23) of SNL, which was hosted by Will Ferrell.

Maya Rudolph played Kamala Harris, Rachel Dratch played Amy Klobuchar and Fred Armisen played Michael Bloomberg, while Woody Harrelson and Larry David played Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders, respectively.

Kate McKinnon played Elizabeth Warren, Colin Jost played Pete Buttigieg, Chris Redd was Cory Booker, Bowen Yang was Andrew Yang, Cecily Strong was Tulsi Gabbard and Melissa Villasenor was moderator Rachel Maddow. Will Ferrell played Tom Steyer.

Paul Rudd is all smiles as he hits the red carpet at his 2019 All-Star Bowling Benefit held at Lucky Strike on Monday evening (November 11) in New York City.

The 50-year-old Living with Yourself star was joined by Alysia Reiner, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Rachel Dratch, Brandon Victor Dixon, Jeremy Hays and Bull actress Geneva Carr.

Jack Antonoff happily hits the carpet alongside his girlfriend Carlotta Kohl while attending the opening night of Jacqueline Novak: Get on Your Knees held at the Cherry Lane Theatre on Monday (July 22) in New York City.

The 35-year-old musician and model-photographer Carlotta made their official carpet debut at the event as they supported the star of the show Jacqueline Novak.

Also in attendance to show their support was Natasha Lyonne, Amy Poehler, Abbi Jacobson, Jacqueline Novak, Phoebe Robinson, Rachel Dratch, David Alan Grier, Judd Apatow, John Mulaney, Marisa Tomei, John Early, Mike Birbiglia, Bridget Everett and Murray Hill.

Get On Your Knees, presented by Lyonne and executive-produced by Birbiglia, is part feminist outcry and part coming-of-age story – Jacqueline Novak spins her material on the femininity of the penis and the stoicism of the vulva into an unexpectedly philosophical show.

“Jacqueline is a one of a kind voice for the ages,” Lyonne said in a statement. “I’m thrilled to present her show, as she is a total original whose linguistic gymnastics took my brain topsy turvy while doubling me over with laughter. I can’t wait for people to experience her hugely relevant show and singular artistry at Cherry Lane.”
