Bruce Springsteen Teams Up With Jeep For His First Commercial Super Bowl Appearance

Bruce Springsteen rides around in his own Jeep in the middle of the county in Jeep’s Super Bowl Commercial.

The 71-year-old musician calls for unity in his voice over for the motor company’s ad which was shot over three states – Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska – in five days in January.

“All are more than welcome to come meet here in the middle,” he says. “It’s no secret the middle has been a hard place to get to lately, between red and blue, between servant and citizen, between our freedom and our fear.

“Fear has never been the best of who we are,” Bruce contines. “We just have to remember the very soil we stand on is common ground. So we can get there. We can make it to the mountaintop, through the desert …and we will cross this divide.”

He goes on, “We just have to remember the very soil we stand on is common ground, so we can get there. We can make it to the mountaintop through the desert, and we will cross this divide. Our light has always found its way through the darkness. And there’s hope on the road up ahead.”

The ad marks Bruce‘s first foray into commercial advertising.

Lady Gaga, Madonna & More Stars Had Their Data Stolen by Hackers

There’s been a major leak among superstars, including Lady Gaga and Madonna.

A hacker group stole data from several acts, including Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Bruce Springsteen and Nicki Minaj, Variety confirmed on Monday (May 11) with New York-based media and entertainment law firm Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks.

“We can confirm that we’ve been victimized by a cyberattack. We have notified our clients and our staff. We have hired the world’s experts who specialize in this area, and we are working around the clock to address these matters,” they said in a statement.

The information stolen included contracts, nondisclosure agreements, email addresses, phone numbers and private correspondence. The news first arose once Madonna‘s Madame X Tour contract suddenly surfaced on dark web forums last weekend “to show the hack was real.”

“It’s evidently a ransomware attack, in which cybercriminals use the threat of releasing the stolen data as leverage to extort payment. It is not known what demands the hackers have made in connection with the theft of Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks data,” Variety reported.

At the same time, Madonna revealed she is undergoing this treatment.
