The brand new trailer for Raya and the Last Dragon is finally here!

Here’s a synopsis of the upcoming film: Raya and the Last Dragon takes us on an exciting, epic journey to the fantasy world of Kumandra, where humans and dragons lived together long ago in harmony. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it’s up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people. However, along her journey, she’ll learn that it’ll take more than a dragon to save the world—it’s going to take trust and teamwork as well.

The film features an all-star voice cast including Kelly Marie Tran as the intrepid warrior Raya, Awkwafina as the legendary dragon, Sisu, Gemma Chan as Raya’s nemesis, Namaari, Daniel Dae Kim as Raya’s visionary father, Benja, and Sandra Oh as Namaari’s powerful mother, Virana. Raya and the Last Dragon will debut in theaters and on Disney+ simultaneously on March 5, 2021. The film will only be available via Premier Access and will cost $29.99.

The trailer for Meryl Streep‘s new movie has been released!

Streaming service HBO Max dropped the trailer for the upcoming Steven Soderbergh-directed movie Let Them All Talk starring the 71-year-old two-time Oscar winner alongside Lucas Hedges, Candice Bergen, Dianne Wiest, and Gemma Chan.

Let Them All Talk “centers on a celebrated author (Streep) who takes a journey on a cruise ship with some old friends (Bergen, Wiest) to have some fun and heal old wounds. Her nephew (Hedges) comes along to wrangle the ladies and finds himself involved with a young literary agent (Chan),” according to THR.

Let Them All Talk isn’t the only new movie Meryl will be starring in December. Her new movie The Prom directed by Ryan Murphy will be released on Netflix on December 11th.

Let Them All Talk will be released on HBO Max on December 10th!

Gemma Chan and Kiki Layne are joining the cast, alongside Harry Styles!

The two actresses are the latest additions to the upcoming psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling, which will be directed by Olivia Wilde, THR reported Wednesday (October 7).

Florence Pugh and Chris Pine also star, as well as director Olivia Wilde.

The movie is due to begin production later in October and will shoot in Palm Springs and Los Angeles.

“Details are being kept secret, but the setting for Darling is an isolated, utopian community in the 1950s California desert and centers on a housewife who uncovers a disturbing truth about her seemingly perfect life. Few details are available, but it is known that Pugh is leading the ensemble, playing the housewife. Characters details for Chan and Layne are being kept secret but Layne is replacing the previous cast Dakota Johnson, who bowed out due to scheduling issues. It’s not the first scheduling challenge faced by the project, which was originally due to have shot in the spring; Styles took over from Shia LaBeouf for similar reasons,” the outlet reported.

Harry is also set to star in a provocative new movie.

Richard Madden spent some time with famous friends this weekend while at home in Scotland!

The 34-year-old actor reunited with his Eternals co-star Gemma Chan and her boyfriend Dominic Cooper and there’s a super cute photo from their time together.

Back in April, Gemma and Dominic helped deliver meals to healthcare workers in London during the early weeks of the pandemic.

How many British stars can fit into one tiny car?!

Lily James was seen driving around in a tiny two-seat convertible with friends Dominic Cooper, Gemma Chan, and Billie Piper last week in London, England.

The four stars were spotted spending time at a park on Monday (June 23) and then they got into Dominic‘s tiny car and drove away. Dominic was in the driver’s seat, Gemma sat in the passenger seat with Billie on her lap, and Lily appeared to sit in the space behind the seats.

If you didn’t know, Lily starred in the movie Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again with Dominic, though their storylines didn’t take place in the same period. She played the younger version of Meryl Streep‘s character Donna and all of her scenes took place in the past. (We have some exciting news for Mamma Mia! fans)

Dominic and Gemma, one of the stars of Crazy Rich Asians and the Marvel movies, are a couple!

Billie is best known for her work in the shows Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Doctor Who, and Penny Dreadful.

Cute couple Dominic Cooper and Gemma Chan are doing their part to help people in need during the coronavirus pandemic.

The 41-year-old Preacher actor and the 37-year-old Crazy Rich Asians actress delivered meals to NHS workers in London this week as part of the Cook-19 initiative.

“80 meals delivered to the incredible NHS staff at Charing Cross Hospital on behalf of @donate_cook_19. We’re so grateful for everything you’re doing 🙏🏼,” Gemma wrote on Instagram. If you know an NHS worker in London in need of support please email [email protected] or dm @donate_cook_19. If you’re able, please also consider making a donation via the website.”

She added, “Please be assured that we are adhering to strict social distancing guidelines as advised by an NHS doctor in all parts of the cooking and delivery process.”
