Kumail covered up in a gray, zip-up hoodie paired with green basketball shorts as he headed home after a trip to the gym.

During his workout the day before, Kumail showed off his massive muscles in a tight, white tank shirt!

Kumail‘s workout follows the news that he’ll be part of Disney+’s upcoming Obi-Wan series with Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen.

He’ll also be appearing in this star-studded new Marvel movie later this year!

The 43-year-old The Big Sick actor made his way out to his car outside of the gym on Sunday afternoon (April 18) in Los Angeles.

Kumail put his massive muscles on display in a tight, white tank shirt paired with gray sweatpants as he headed home after his workout.

This is the second time this week Kumail has showed off his fit physique after a workout.

Kumail Nanjiani puts his buff arms on display in a muscle tank top as he leaves a workout in Los Angeles on Friday (April 16).

The 43-year-old actor carried a water bottle and wore his face mask while heading back to his car following his fitness regime.

Kumail first unveiled his ripped body in 2020 and earlier this year, opened up about the beauty standards and misconceptions in Hollywood he was subject to afterwards.

Disney+ has officially announced the cast of their upcoming Star Wars special event series, Obi-Wan Kenobi

Ewan McGregor will be returning as the iconic Jedi Master, with Hayden Christensen in the role of Darth Vader!

The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith” where Kenobi faced his greatest defeat, the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker turned evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

Kumail Nanjiani is trending in the middle of a debate regarding bodies.

The 42-year-old actor, who is set to star in Marvel‘s Eternals and has been candid about his body transformation, was the subject of social media conversation about body standards in Hollywood.

The conversation started as Kumail posted a photo looking muscular while eating cake on social media.

“The Kumail Nanjiani thing makes me very sad. Our culture has created a system where people attempt to conform to impossible beauty standards to a point where it starts to render them unrecognizable, and then we mock and shame them. Men are not exempt from this,” a popular tweet reads. which promoted an even more viral response.

“Hey Twitter friends! Here’s an ex of what we’re going to try NOT to do in 2021: Kumail Nanjiani has been minding his business, openly sharing how he & his wife have been isolating because of her medical condition & that he’s been working out a lot at home to prep for a film,” the thread begins.

“So, all the Marvel Chris‘ get jacked as f–k for their roles and folks are all ‘Damn, wow! So impressive.” Kumail does it for the exact same reason and everyone decides to mock him. I wonder what makes him different? (Hint, I don’t wonder. You racists asses),” noted another.

Kumail Nanjiani puts his biceps on display while heading back to his car with his arms full of baked goods on Wednesday (December 23) in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old The Big Sick actor was seen picking up cakes and bread ahead of Christmas. He had double protection while wearing both a face mask and a face shield.

Kumail got super buff while prepping for his role in the upcoming Marvel movie Eternals, which is currently scheduled to be released in theaters on November 5, 2021.

The film would have been in theaters right now if the coronavirus pandemic didn’t happen. The original release date was set for November 6, 2020.

Kumail‘s buff biceps were also on display in an Instagram post he put up last week in which he showed off a Pandan chiffon cake. See below!

Kumail Nanjiani is getting candid about his mental health.

The 42-year-old The Eternals actor opened up in a series on tweets on Sunday (October 25) amid the pandemic.

“We’ve been in quarantine for 8 months because my wife is in a high risk group. We feel let down by our country. But it’s not about us. We’re the lucky ones. Over 226,000 people have died. That’s so many families destroyed. People have lost their homes, their jobs,” he wrote.

“And this was all preventable. I look at the Covid cases & deaths in other countries & it feels like they’re in another world. Are they dealing with the same disease we are? I guess that’s the difference. They’re dealing with it. We’re not. We politicized every suppression effort. Wearing masks is a sign of weakness. Protecting your friends, family, neighbors is a sign of weakness. Getting your heart broken every day by rising cases is a sign of weakness. Worrying that the next text will contain unthinkable news is a sign of weakness. Sleepless nights because what will happen if the person laying next to you in bed gets sick is a sign of weakness. Science is a sign of weakness. We could have done so much more to prevent all these losses. But it’s not his fault. It’s China’s fault. 8 months& we’re still here,” he continued.

“I feel like I work Fealy [sp] hard to keep all these doors closed in my mind, to try and keep all these scary/sad/devastating thoughts out of my head. Focus on the positive. Donate to worthy causes. People are doing fantastic work out there. Most days it works. But not today. I guess I have nothing constructive to say. Just be careful out there. I’m afraid we have a couple of bad months ahead of us. And I feel hopeless & helpless today. Actually, pls respond with worthy organizations we can donate to. I’m gonna try & crawl back to optimism now.”
