Martin Freeman is slamming Jim Carrey, and it all stems from his performance in the 1999 movie Man On The Moon. In the film, Jim portrayed the late American entertainer Andy Kaufman and utilized method acting to get into character on set.
Martin, who was not in the film, responded to all the stories that came out about Jim on set.

Martin Freeman, who you may know best from his work in Sherlock, Black Panther, and The Hobbit, was seen with his arm around French actress Rachel Mariam!
The 49-year-old actor and 28-year-old actress and writer were photographed out and about together earlier this month in London, England. The pair were first spotted together back in June.
Back in late 2016, Martin and his longtime partner Amanda Abbington split after 15 years as a couple. You may have recognized them together on screen as they co-starred together in Sherlock. Amanda and Martin share kids Joe, 14, and Grace, 12.

The 33-year-old actress was spotted filming scenes for the upcoming mini television series Angelyne on Tuesday (March 3) in Los Angeles.

Emmy was seen showing off her chest in a very low cut top as Angelyne while filming alongside Martin Freeman.
Days before, Emmy was seen posing in a leopard-print crop top for more scenes.

Diane Kruger is picture perfect as she strikes a pose on the red carpet at the premiere of her latest film The Operative held during the 2019 Berlin International Film Festival at Berlinale Palace on Sunday (February 10) in Berlin, Germany.
The 42-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Cas Anvar and Martin Freeman, as well as writer-director Yuval Adler and his wife Aglika Dotcheva.
That same day, Diane and crew took part in a press conference and photo call for The Operative at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
“When I first read [the script], I thought immediately that this is a project that I really want to pursue,” Diane said (via Variety). “The character kind of talked to me. I was like, ‘Oh yeah, I could be a Mossad agent.’”

In addition, Steve Coogan, who is nominated for his work in Stan & Ollie joined Martin Freeman, who will present at the show.
Judi Dench will be receiving the prestigious Richard Harris Award this evening as well.

Benedict Cumberbatch is firing back at comments made by his Sherlock co-star Martin Freeman.
Martin, who plays John Watson on the show, spoke about how starring in Sherlock wasn’t as fun for him because of the fan reaction to the show.
“Being in that show, it is a mini Beatles thing. People’s expectations, some of it’s not fun anymore. It’s not a thing to be enjoyed, it’s a thing of: ‘You better f—— do this, otherwise you’re a c—.’ That’s not fun anymore,” Martin told The Telegraph in a previous interview.
Benedict, who stars as Sherlock on the BBC show, responded in a recent interview.
“It’s pretty pathetic if that’s all it takes to let you not want to take a grip of your reality,” Benedict said. “What, because of expectations? I don’t know. I don’t necessarily agree with that.”
