Goldie Hawn is opening up about her son Oliver‘s birth complications and near death experience.

The 71-year-old actress says that Oliver nearly died during birth and was taken to the ICU, where she prayed for his healing.

“Oh my God, was he beautiful. Eleven pounds of a hunk of love. I stood up and I just connected to the universe. I put my hand on him, and I asked God, I said, ‘Come through me, use me to heal my son,’” she explained during an interview with People.

Miraculously, she watched as his heart rate began to rise and he began his journey towards recovery.

Goldie continued, “I don’t think there’s any question that prayer can work. I’m a very spiritual person. I’m not a religious person, although I was raised Jewish and I like my tribe, but that was a beautiful thing. It was phenomenal. I just emptied myself. I don’t know how to explain it.”

Oliver Hudson is speaking out following rumors that his sister Kate Hudson is dating Brad Pitt.

The 40-year-old actor took to his Instagram to sarcastically respond to a magazine cover that featured Kate and Brad that read “Brad Moves In!”

“Yeah and it’s been hell!! He’s messy as s**t! He drinks out of the f**king carton and leaves the door open when he’s taking a dump!! And this is when he’s at MY house!!! He’s already calling me brother and has driven a wedge between myself and my real brother Wyatt who now won’t speak to me,” Oliver joked.

He continued, “he insists my kids call him uncle B and lost my youngest at the Santa Monica pier for 2 days.. thank god for amber alert.. my mom’s overtly flirting with him! Shes wearing these little nighties around the house now?! But ALL DAY!! Like at 3pm!”

Kate Hudson and her family have arrived in Aspen for their annual holiday gathering!

The 37-year-old actress was spotted along with mom Goldie Hawn and her husband Kurt Russell, along with brothers Oliver Hudson and Wyatt Russell, plus others on Sunday (December 19) in the Colorado ski town.

Kate and the family stopped by a sporting goods store, probably to pick up some gear for the trip!

Kate is speaking out about working with Kurt in the movie Deepwater Horizon, which is available on Digital HD now.

“I got to see Mark [Wahlberg] and my pa, Kurt, together,” Kate said about why she loved doing the movie (via People). “I’m biased obviously, it’s my dad, but I thought, ‘Wow what a great combo they are.’ Seeing them together, I think they’re both very much [representative of] working men, American men, just as people. It’s in their blood and to see them onscreen together like that in that pairing was pretty great.”

The 37-year-old actress and her mom were joined at the event by the rest of their family including Kurt Russell, Oliver Hudson, and Kate‘s sons – Ryder, 12, and Bingham, 4.

Other attendees included Nicole Richie, Demi Moore and Camila Alves.

While at the event, Goldie explained what the family had planned for Mother’s Day.

“We’re going to Kate‘s. Everybody’s kids will make things, and all the guys will be there, and then we’ll all get in bed and eat,” she told People.

FYI: Nicole is wearing a House of Harlow ring and studs.

Kate Hudson and her brother Oliver were involved in a public back-and-forth over the summer with their biological father Bill when he gave an interview saying they are dead to him.

It all started when Oliver, who had not spoken to his father in over a decade, posted an photo on Father’s Day with the caption, “Happy abandonment day.” Kate and Oliver were raised by their mom Goldie Hawn and father figure Kurt Russell.

Oliver appeared on Watch What Happens Live! on Tuesday (November 17) and revealed that he is now speaking to his dad! He was asked if he regretted posting the caption and this was his reply: “No, and I’ll tell you why. I was just talking to you guys about this. It actually started a dialogue that I haven’t talked to my father in twelve years. And my sort of dark, crazy sense of humor, I posted this happy abandonment day thing which everyone went crazy about and I was just trying to be funny and at the end of the day it was a good thing. We’re communicating now. had an amazing three day conversation with him and we’re texting and we’re trying to see each other. We might be mending.”

Andy Cohen also said, “Maybe your sister will get in on the action,” to which Oliver replied, “We’ll see.”
