The first official trailer for the upcoming superhero movie Wonder Woman 1984 has been released!

Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins traveled to Brazil to debut the trailer at the CCXP event, which was live streamed on Twitter.

The new trailer reunites Gal‘s Wonder Woman and Chris Pine‘s Steve Trevor, who was originally believed to be dead after the first film.

We’re also introduced to Wonder Woman’s new foes Max Lord (Pedro Pascal) and The Cheetah (Kristen Wiig) in the trailer. Also returning for the sequel will be Robin Wright as Antiope and Connie Nielsen as Hippolyta.

Wonder Woman 1984 hits theaters on June 5, 2020.

Chris Pine flashes a smirk as he steps out for the I Am the Night Emmy For Your Consideration event on Thursday night (May 9) at the Television Academy in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old actor kept things casual in a yellow jacket over a white T-shirt and jeans as he stepped out to promote his show.

Joining Chris at the panel discussion was his co-star India Eisley and director Patty Jenkins. Guests sipped La Pinta Pomegranate at the after party!

Chris and Patty are currently working on the upcoming Wonder Woman 1984, which will hit theaters on June 5, 2020.

Patty Jenkins, director of Wonder Woman and Wonder Woman 1984, has sent out a tweet to the Captain Marvel cast and crew!

Brie Larson stars in the new film, which opens tonight at midnight, and she responded to Patty‘s sweet message!

Wonder Woman is, of course, in the DC Universe films, while Captain Marvel is a Marvel Studios venture.

Gal Gadot famously plays Wonder Woman in the new movies.

Gal Gadot joins her Wonder Woman collaborators Chris Pine and Patty Jenkins at the premiere of the new TNT series I Am The Night on Thursday night (January 24) at the Harmony Gold Theater in Los Angeles.

Chris is starring in the series while Patty directed and executive produced it.

Chris also posed for photos with his co-star India Eisley on the red carpet.

“Getting ready for the I Am The Night Premiere – supporting my soul sister Patty, her hubby Sam, and my brother from another mother Chris 😜 Excited for you guys!!” Gal captioned the below photo on Instagram.

Chris Pine is joined by executive producer Sam Sheridan, co-star India Eisley, and director Patty Jenkins at the influencer junket for their series I Am The Night on Wednesday (January 23) in Los Angeles.

Chris, 38, who also worked with Patty on Wonder Woman, praised her directing and leadership style at the event.

“We turn on CNN or Fox, everybody is just shouting. There’s so much shouting. Twitter is shouting. Social media is shouting, shouting, shouting. No one shuts up to just listen,” he said (via THR). “Patty wants to really listen to someone … If you’re trying to make a piece of art, I want to know that I’m being witnessed, actually, truly heard by the person.”

I Am The Night premieres on TNT on January 28.

The 38-year-old actor was joined by India Eisley, Jefferson Mays, Golden Brooks, Connie Nielsen, and director Patty Jenkins.

Chris opened up about how he researched his role for the new TNT series.

“I’m a huge crime buff and I’m an L.A. native… I think the most interesting thing about Jay for me is he’s a war veteran. And amongst many other different things, he’s a guy who has seen the deepest, darkest, most heinous things that man can do to man,” Chris said. Watch the rest of the interview below.
