Remy Ma is going to be a mom again!

The 40-year-old rapper and husband, Papoose, revealed they were expecting their second child on social media.

“I love being with my family,” Papoose shared in a new interview, as he reflected on life at home. “I get to spend so much time with my amazing wife and my amazing daughter. I’m just making the best out of it, and we’re moving forward.”

He added that “some good things are coming out of this. We’re going to have a new child real soon.”

Remy and Papoose, who got married in 2016, share a daughter, Reminisce Mackenzie, who was born in 2018. Remy also has a 19-year-old son from a previous relationship and Papoose has three other children as well.

Remy Ma is being criticized for her latest comments.

The Love & Hip Hop: New York star made an appearance on the Revolt TV talk show State of the Culture on Monday (September 23), during which the panel discussed sexual assault allegations against NFL player Antonio Brown.

She questioned why rape victims seek financial compensation from attackers, and compared it to “prostitution.”

“If you rape my sister, my daughter, my anything…I don’t want your money. Worst case scenario, I want something to happen to you so that you’re removed from being able to do this to someone else,” she said.

“That’s called prostitution,” she went on to say about seeking compensation.

“It’s seems like in a lot of these alleged sexual assault cases the women are asking for money. ‘Hey give me money and I’ll feel better.’ To me, in any exchange with sexual acts of being compensated with money, that’s prostitution.”

Remy Ma is under arrest.

The 38-year-old Love & Hip Hop New York star was arrested and charged with assault after turning herself in on Wednesday (May 1), the New York Police Department confirmed to USA Today.

She was then released on $1,500 bail.

Remy is accused of punching her Love & Hip Hop co-star Brittney Taylor in the face during a benefit concert in April.

She is due in court on May 24, and must stay away from Brittney while the case is underway.

Remy was previously released from prison five years ago after being convicted of assault, illegal weapon possession and attempted coercion in 2008 following a shooting outside a Manhattan nightclub in 2007.

““The Golden Child is here!!! Thank you @papoose for making me the happiest wife in the planet #BlackLove #RemAndPap,” Remy wrote on Instagram.

While she was still in labor, Papoose took to his Instagram to ask for prayers during Remy‘s “tough labor.”

Remy has a son, Jayson, from a previous relationship while Papoose has three children from previous relationships.

Remy and Papoose first announced they were expecting back in July during their vow renewal ceremony. The couple married first 10 years ago in a courthouse before Remy was sent to jail for shooting a friend in the stomach. She served just under seven years and was released in 2014.

Remy Ma is having a baby!

The 38-year-old rapper revealed on Tuesday (July 3) that she and her husband Papoose are expecting their first child together.

The couple announced the exciting news to their close friends and family during their vow renewal ceremony over the weekend, before revealing the news on Instagram.

“I’ve been eating right, working out, and preparing for this for almost a year,” Remy wrote in her post before saying she’s 16 weeks along. “We are so happy; thank you to everyone that prayed for us and sent blessings our way🙏🏽.”
