Katharine McPhee looks cute in a short blue dress while leaving Il Pastaio restaurant after lunch on Friday afternoon (July 16) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 37-year-old singer and actress was joined by husband David Foster for an afternoon meal at the popular Italian restaurant.
Kat and David ran into Mohamed Hadid on their way into the restaurant. He is a frequent patron of Il Pastaio and was sitting at an outdoor table right by the entrance.

It’s a special day for the Fosters!
Katharine McPhee and husband David Foster are celebrating their second wedding anniversary today (June 28) and they have their newborn son Rennie by their side!
The 37-year-old singer and actress took to her Instagram account on her anniversary to share a cute photo of her with her four-month-old baby boy.
“Mommy & me,” Kat captioned the photo, in which she’s sitting in an inflatable pool with Rennie while sipping on a can of Blue Moon beer. Her baby boy was floating in an inflatable raft.

Katharine McPhee and Eddie Cibrian are giving fans an update on the status of their Netflix series Country Comfort and whether a second season will happen or not.
The co-stars did an Instagram Live Q&A on Monday (April 26) to answer their fans’ questions about the show and to encourage people to keep watching in hopes of getting that renewal.
Eddie also revealed what he does know so far about the possibility of a renewal.

Katharine McPhee just shared the cutest video of her newborn son Rennie watching her Netflix series Country Comfort!
The 37-year-old entertainer said that this is “the ONLY screen time my baby is allowed to have 😌.”
Rennie‘s step-sister Erin Foster commented on the video and hilariously said, “Ugh, he’s gonna be so musical and make us look like real disappointments 😬.”
Country Comfort is Kat‘s new Netflix comedy series in which she plays an aspiring singer who becomes an accidental nanny to a family with five kids. The adorable new series also stars Eddie Cibrian and features a touching cameo from his wife LeAnn Rimes in one of the episodes.

It looks like Katharine McPhee and David Foster are working together on some new music!
The 37-year-old actress and singer was seen carrying sheet music while arriving at the studio with David, 71, on Wednesday (April 21) in Hollywood.
It seems Kat is ready to get back to work two months after welcoming son Rennie David into the world.
A few days later, Kat took to her Instagram account to share a bunch of new photos, including an adorable photo of her kissing Rennie.
“saturday photo dump w/ baby, @aninebing, @drbarbarasturm & the one and only @thelesliejordan 🥳,” Kat captioned the post. Another cute photo with Rennie showed him wearing a hat saying, “I still live with my parents.” LOL!

The 37-year-old singer and actress made an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Monday (April 5) and performed an original song that was written for the show. Watch it below.
Kat gave a fun performance of “Right Kind of Trouble” and also told Kelly some cute stories about how she’s mentioned on Country Comfort, which is streaming now.
During the interview, Kat opened up about the parenting moment that she’s not looking forward to experiencing.
You might remember that Kat came in second place during the fifth season of American Idol and this past weekend, she returned to the reality competition series to sing duets with two of the current contestants!

Katharine McPhee is opening up about motherhood.
The 36-year-old actress and singer spoke with fellow American Idol alum Kelly Clarkson about parenting her newborn baby boy Rennie on Monday (April 5).
Katharine welcomed her first child with husband David Foster in February and she told Kelly that she’s been loving motherhood so far!
“I’m a little bit tired here and there but I find time to nap and he’s such a good little baby and I’m so in love,” Katharine said. “I mean, you’re a mom. It’s my greatest job I’ll ever have.”
Kelly, who shares River Rose, 6, and Remington, 4, with ex Brandon Blackstock, pointed out one huge parenting milestone that Katharine should get ready for.
“I know it’s so cliché, but it will be the hardest,” Kelly said. “The hardest thing for me is when they’re so freaking cute and you love them so much but they’re doing something that’s naughty. And you’re like, ‘Nope! You will not twist me around your finger.’”
Katharine said that another friend had actually made a similar comment to her. “She was like, ‘Oh, can you even imagine that you’re gonna have to get mad at him one day?’” the actress remembered. “I’m like, ‘No! He’s so sweet right now, I can’t imagine.’”
“Trust me, it will happen,” Kelly said. “It will happen and you’ll go, ‘Whose child are you?’”
In another interview, Katharine shared why her husband is “annoyed” with her right now.
