Adam Sandler is enjoying a day out with Chris Rock!

The longtime pals were joined by a third friend as they went for a walk along the beach on Thursday afternoon (June 18) in Malibu, Calif.

Adam and Chris have been friends for years before they both made it big in Hollywood. Over the years, they’ve starred in eight movies together including The Longest Yard, The Week Of, and Grown Ups.

Adam has some exciting projects lined up in the near future: he’s heading back to Netflix!

He’ll be teaming up with a NBA superstar for a film about “an American basketball scout who, after being unjustly fired, discovers a talented player abroad and decides to bring him to the U.S. to prove that they both have what it takes to make it in the NBA.” Find out who he’s teaming up with on the project…

Adam Sandler makes sure he’s protected from the sun with sunscreen while running some errands around Los Angeles earlier this week.

The 53-year-old actor was seen wearing a blue mask and blue gloves as he got some work done ahead of the city’s curfew.

Earlier this week, Adam also took time out to pay tribute to his Grown Ups on-screen son, Cameron Boyce, who passed away suddenly last year, for his birthday.

“Happy birthday to Cameron. Would have been 21 years old. Such a great kid. We all miss him a lot. Especially his incredible family,” he wrote on his Instagram.

Last week, Adam was seen walking his dog on the beach with wife Jackie after sharing a story of how he almost choked on the set of Uncut Gems.

The -year-old actor enjoyed a late day stroll with wife Jackie, after picking up some food and drinks to go over the holiday weekend.

Adam, along with directors Josh and Benny Safdie, opened up about some secrets behind his breakout film, Uncut Gems, including the time he really almost choked while filming.

The moment happened when Adam‘s character gets kidnapped, and after the scene, he was left with bruises.

“All three of those guys who are manhandling Sandler, it was the first movie they have done. So they were very professional, but when it is your first time – Sandler’s so in it, he is so into the character that it started to actually get a little scary. Because he is getting choked at one point in the scene,” Josh shared.

“Our stunt coordinator had eyes on him (Sandler) the whole time and kudos to him that he was really hawk-eyed about it – because there was one take when Sandler was getting choked and he was trying to tap out,” he added. “But the actor thought he was just being Howard so he choked harder, and Adam could not breathe.”

Adam Sandler is headed back to Netflix with Hustle, Variety reports.

The 53-year-old actor, who starred in the streaming service’s blockbuster hit Uncut Gems, is teaming with Lebron James for the film, who will produce.

Hustle will be directed by Jeremiah Zagar and centers on an American basketball scout who, after being unjustly fired, discovers a talented player abroad and decides to bring him to the U.S. to prove that they both have what it takes to make it in the NBA.

Adam just signed a new deal with Netflix to star in a handful of new projects for the service. His contract includes four movies at the moment.

So far, Adam has starred in The Ridiculous 6, The Do-Over, Sandy Wexler, The Week Of, Murder Mystery, plus a stand-up special, 100% Fresh, and Uncut Gems.

Adam Sandler wasn’t the only guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday night (May 11) – his daughter Sunny was too!

The 11-year-old daughter of Adam and his wife Jackie popped up next to her dad at the start of the interview, and the two told a story about how she helped him with his appearance just ahead of the show.

“I had a hair coming out of my ear apparently and Sunny told me about it, and she said I look goofy, so I went and shaved it,” Adam explained. “I took the razor I usually shave with and I went like this and then I came downstairs and said, ‘How’s that, Sunny?’ And she said, ‘You’re bleeding.’”

Sunny proceeded to tell Jimmy what it actually looked like at the back of his head: “So, it’s, like—it’s bloody and then there’s a big gut.”

“She says there’s apparently a gut coming off my ear,” Adam chimed in again, before showing Jimmy the dot of blood on a paper towel. “So, you can see there’s a little blood.”

The 53-year-old Uncut Gems star was seen taking his bike to a mobile bike shop on Tuesday (May 5) in Malibu, Calif.
