The 32-year-old Irish professional mixed martial arts fighter is on top of the Forbes World’s 10 Highest-Paid Athletes list.

While most sports went on hiatus amid the pandemic, Conor still managed to profit in a huge way.

Dak Prescott is speaking out.

The 27-year-old Dallas Cowboys quarterback, along with brother Tad, spoke about the loss of his brother Jace Prescott in an interview with In Depth with Graham Bensinger on Wednesday (September 9).

In the interview, Dak shared that his brother died by suicide in April, and that he had a difficult time being their mother’s primary caretaker as she battled colon cancer.

“Jace at the time was finishing with school and was home, was with her and watched it. She couldn’t necessarily hide it from Jace because he was there every day. He saw the times where she would have to spend probably 10-plus hours throwing up, this and that, and saw the medicine she had to take,” he said.

Their mother died in 2013, and Jace carried the pain of her death without opening up much about his experience taking care of her.

“You can’t even put into words the burden. It’s something only Jace knew. And he didn’t necessarily share that. Jace never was really much of a talker,” Dak explained.

“When something like that was a huge burden on him, he didn’t know how to share it — didn’t know how to be vulnerable about it,” he continued.

“I mean, obviously tears and tears and tears. I mean, I sat there and tried to gather what had happened, and wanted to ask why for so many reasons…and as much as you want to ask why as much as this, I mean, I know my brother, and as we said, he had a lot of burdens on him,” he said of his reaction to the horribly tragic news in April.

“All throughout this quarantine and this offseason, I started experiencing emotions I’ve never felt before. Anxiety for the main one. And then, honestly, a couple of days before my brother passed, I would say I started experiencing depression. And to the point of, I didn’t want to work out anymore. I didn’t know necessarily what I was going through, to say the least, and hadn’t been sleeping at all,” he explained.

“He had a lot of tough things, and my sense of saying that is it showed me how vulnerable we have to be as humans, how open we have to be. Because our adversities, our struggles, what we go through is always gonna be too much for ourselves and maybe too much for even one or two people, but never too much for a community or too much for people in the family that you love. So you have to share these things.”

Dak is the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys and the team’s owner Jerry Jones announced the sad news on Thursday night (April 23).

“We are so saddened that Dak has lost his brother,” Jerry said. “We want to help him get through this time. Whatever we can do to help him get through this tough time. When you’re young, and Dak is young, death is really hard to understand to think about or live with.”

A spokesperson for the Dallas Cowboys said: “It is with great sadness and support that we share the news of the passing of Jace Prescott today. The loss of Tad and Dak’s brother is devastating. At this incredibly difficult time, the Prescott family asks only for prayers and respect for their privacy.”

A cause of death has not yet been revealed.

John Legend might not be seen in LIFEWTR‘s Super Bowl commercial, but he can be heard through his song “Love Me Now!”

The 38-year-old singer provided the music for the colorful commercial for the new premium water brand from Pepsi.

The commercial is set to air during the first quarter of the big game and John stepped out on Friday (February 3) in Houston, Tex. to celebrate the ad.

Dak Prescott is very close with his two brothers, Tad and Jace, and has their initials tattooed down his arm.

Tad recently spoke about what it’s like watching his brother play for the Dallas Cowboys as the rookie starting quarterback.

“I don’t know if I’m excited or thrilled until there’s four zeroes on the clock and the game’s over and we have a W,” Tad told Dallas News. “When he scores, if the camera could find me, I’m probably the one going craziest in the stadium. If there’s a turnover or something goes bad, I’m the one sitting there with my hands on my face, tugging on my necklace. I’m an emotional wreck for a football game, especially close ones. The blowouts are fun but [tight] games like the Eagles, Minnesota, they’re the ones I’m locked in.”

Dak‘s mother, Peggy, passed away in 2013 from cancer.

When asked how Peggy would react to Dak‘s unbelievable rookie season, Tad responded, “Oh, I think she’d be quite please. She’s probably just as ecstatic as [Cowboys owner] Jerry Jones is at this moment.”

Dallas Cowboys starting quarterback Dak Prescott has created a huge name for himself during the 2016 NFL season after being thrown into the fire when Tony Romo was injured.

The 23-year-old quarterback led the Cowboys to a 12-2 season so far – and many fans are wondering about his relationship status!

There are rumors that Dak is single, and there are rumors he could be dating Playboy model Dallas Nicole Parks. Dak and Dallas have been linked for months, and back in September, he took to Twitter to deny the rumors.

“Funny Fact: Linked to a Girl Named Dallas that I Don’t Even Know just bc I play for Dallas 😂 lol “come on man”(MNF Voice),” Dak tweeted. However, that didn’t stop Dallas from posting a photo with Dak just a few days ago!

It seems like we’ll just have to wait for more solid confirmation if these two are actually a couple.
