Julia Louis Dreyfus strikes a fierce pose on the red carpet while arriving at the 2020 Academy Awards on Sunday (February 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

The 59-year-old Veep actress looked super chic in a navy, silk dress as she stepped out for the event.

Julia will be hitting the stage to present an award during the show.

For the second year in a row, the Oscars will be presented without a host. Joker leads the pack with 11 nominations and Grammy winner Billie Eilish is set to give a special performance. Tune in for the show at 8pm ET/5pm PT on ABC.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus sits down for an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Tuesday (February 4).

The Emmy-winning actress was on the show to talk about her new movie Downhill and she also reflected on her show Veep.

Julia opened up about the Super Bowl and President Trump‘s major error when he congratulated the state of Kansas on the Kansas City Chiefs’ win, instead of Missouri where the team is from.

“I have to tell you. If I were doing Veep right now, it would be really fun to script those 12 minutes between him launching the tweet and it getting deleted,” Julia said. “What an idiot! It’s so humiliating.”

When Ellen asked if Trump makes her miss doing Veep, she said, “It does and it doesn’t. I mean, I have to say, I think he’s doing a better job of our show, except to say that it in fact isn’t even remotely funny. It does make me miss it. It was super funny. It’s just hard to compete with that crap.”

Timothee Chalamet will join Gal Gadot, Mark Ruffalo and Lin-Manuel Miranda as a presenter at the upcoming 2020 Oscars next month.

The four stars join a handful of other stars who are set to present on stage during the big awards night.

Zazie Beetz, Will Ferrell, Mindy Kaling, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Anthony Ramos, Kelly Marie Tran and Kristen Wiig will also be presenting at the ceremony, Deadline reports.

The Academy just recently revealed that the Big 4 winners from last year – Rami Malek, Olivia Colman, Mahershala Ali, and Regina King would also return to present at the event.

Will Ferrell and Julia Louis-Dreyfus happily strike a pose together while hitting the carpet at the premiere of their film Downhill held during the 2020 Sundance Film Festival at the Eccles Center Theatre on Sunday (January 26) in Park City, Utah.

The 52-year-old actor and the 59-year-old actress were joined at the event by their co-stars Zach Woods, Zoë Chao, Miranda Otto and Kristofer Hivju.

Will Ferrell was also accompanied by his wife Viveca Paulin who came out to show her support.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is looking back on her time on Saturday Night Live.

The 58-year-old Veep star joined Stephen Colbert for a discussion hosted by Montclair Film on Saturday Night (December 7) at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, New Jersey.

During the discussion, Julia talked about how “miserable” she was while working on SNL back in the mid 1980s when she joined the cast at only 21-years-old.

“I was unbelievably naive and I didn’t really understand how the dynamics of the place worked,” Julia revealed. “It was very sexist — very sexist. People were doing crazy drugs at the time. I was oblivious. I just thought, ‘Oh, wow! He’s got a lot of energy!’”

Julia then went on to say that her time on the show – before Lorne Michaels took control – was extremely “informative” and helped her develop a system to help her choose future projects.

“It was a pretty brutal time, but it was a very informative time for me,” Julia added. She said she realized then she wouldn’t do “anymore of this crap” unless “it was fun.”

“It is important and so basic, but I just felt like, ‘I don’t have to; I don’t have to do this, I don’t have to walk and crawl through this kind of nasty glass if it’s not ultimately going to be fulfilling,” Julia continued. “And so that’s how I sort of moved forward from that moment and I sort of applied that kind of ‘fun meter’ to every job I’ve had since and it definitely has been very helpful.”

Julia Louis-Dreyfus took home a major honor at 2019 InStyle Awards!

The 58-year-old actress hit the carpet at the awards event on Monday night (October 21) at The Getty Center in Los Angeles.

She was also joined by fellow honorees Kiki Layne, Bill Hader and Christy Turlington Burns.

During the ceremony, Julia was presented with Icon of the Year by Tony Hale. Kiki took home Style Star of the Year, presented to her by Amandla Stenberg.

Meanwhile Bill was awarded Man of Style of the Year presented by D’Arcy Carden. Christy was named Advocate of the Year, given to her by Amber Valletta.
